Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Therapy Gun. This policy explains where we ship, the delivery options available, and what to expect after you place an order.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Shipping Options and Rates
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The options available to you, including their cost, are shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address:

  • Standard shipping: flat rate of $12.00 CAD. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders and will appear at checkout if your order qualifies.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays, and processing may take longer during busy periods or sales. You'll receive an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your shipping option and location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You're responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at danisgatin7@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the package and item. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Duties and Taxes
Because we ship within Canada only, no customs duties apply. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
