Which model should I choose?
The 6Gear is the compact one: 6 speed levels, 4 heads, and small enough to throw in a bag (about 13.5 × 14 cm). The 30Gear is full size: 30 speed levels, 6 heads, a digital display and a carry case. Pick it if you want stronger, deeper massage.
What do the speed levels do?
On the 30Gear, levels 1–6 are for warming up, 7–12 loosen tight fascia, 13–18 are for general massage, 19–24 for deep massage and 25–30 are the most intense. The 6Gear has 6 levels, from gentle to strong. Start low and work up.

How loud is it?
Both models use a noise-reduction motor. The manufacturer rates the 6Gear at about 30–45 dB depending on speed, which is quieter than a normal conversation.
How do I charge it?
Both models charge over USB-C, so you can use the same kind of cable as most phones.
Is it safe to use?
Start on a low level and keep the head moving. Don't use it on bones, joints, your head, the front of your neck or an injury. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or use a pacemaker, check with your doctor first.
