Shoulders & upper traps
Great after a long day at a desk or an upper-body session. Work the fleshy area on top of the shoulder, away from the collarbone.
Keep away from the front of the neck.
Upper & lower back
Use the U-shape head so the prongs sit either side of the spine — never directly on it.
Have someone help with the hard-to-reach spots.
Biceps, triceps & forearms
Smaller muscles respond well to lower speeds and a flat or taper head.
Avoid the elbow and wrist joints.
Glutes & hips
Large, dense muscles that can take a little more intensity once you've warmed them up.

Which model should I choose?
6-Speed Mini (black or grey) if you want something compact for your bag — 6 speed levels and 4 heads. 30-Speed if you want a full-size gun with a touch display, 30 levels, 6 heads and a carry case. 99-Speed for the finest control: 99 levels, 8 heads and a carry case.

How do the speed levels work?
Start at the lowest level and increase gradually. On the 30-Speed, levels 1–6 are for warming up, 7–12 for loosening up, 13–18 for general massage, 19–24 for deeper massage and 25–30 for the most intense setting.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the speed you use and how hard you press. The manufacturer doesn't publish a tested run time, so we'd rather not guess. The display on the full-size models shows how much battery is left.
How do I charge it?
Every model has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and comes with a charging cable. Charge it fully before first use.
Is it loud?
The manufacturer rates the 6-Speed Mini at roughly 30–45 dB depending on speed. Higher speeds are louder. The full-size models aren't given a separate rating.
Is it safe to use?
Start low and keep the head moving over muscle. Don't use it on bones, joints, your head, the front of your neck, or on an injury. This is a personal massager, not a medical device — if you're pregnant, have a medical condition or an implanted device, check with your doctor first.
How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is a flat $12, or free on orders of $75 or more.
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us to start a return, and see our refund policy for details.
Is the sale price real?
Yes. Sale prices are real reductions from our regular prices, which are shown crossed out next to them. No code is needed, and prices go back to normal when the countdown ends.
